MOLD THERMOCOUPLE CABLES
Mold thermocouple cables are used to connect the mainframe to the thermocouple connector on the mold. Cables are wired for 5, 8, or 12. In most cases the connections on the controller remain constant, while the connector on the mold end can vary. Mold thermocouple cables are available in any length, 10 and 20 feet are standard stocked cables.

Power Calculation
When selecting the correct sized SCR power controller, rate the SCR for at least 110% of the heater load. Heaters and power lines have tolerances that can swing on any given day or location.
